Tom Fagan WB7NXH has been licensed since 1976. An Extra
class operator, he enjoys contesting, and experimenting with new
technology. By day, Tom is an Electrical Engineer specializing
in Electromagnetic Interference and Spectrum Management. He is
also the Spectrum Management Technical Committee Chair for the
IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Society. That committee has
been involved in Broadband over Power Lines (BPL). He has been
very involved in the ARRL holding several positions including
Section Emergency Coordinator and Technical Coordinator for Arizona.
Since April 2005, Tom became the ARRL Section Manager for Arizona.
