Early Bird Prize

For those who have registered before June 30, 2006.
To be considered an “Early Bird”, “Your registration must be post marked on or before June 30, 2006”.
Prize will be drawn Friday September 22, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.
Winner need not be present, but must pick up prize by Sunday September 24, 2006 by 11:00 a.m. or the prize will be forfeited and redrawn at 11:05 a.m.

If prize is forfeited and redrawn, only those present at the 11:05 a.m. redrawing may win and must claim prize by 11:10 a.m.

Pre-Registration Prize

Those who have registered from June 1, 2006 to August 22, 2006 are eligible for the Pre-Registration Prize.
To be considered a “Pre-Registration”, “Your registration must be post marked on or before August 22, 2006”.
Prize will be drawn Friday September 22, 2006 at 3:00 p.m.
Winner need not be present, but must pick up prize by Sunday September 24, 2006 by 11:00 a.m. or the prize will be forfeited and redrawn at 11:05 a.m.

Registration Prize

After the August 22, 2006 deadline has passed, all registrations are $20.00 and can be mailed or purchased at the door.
Prize will be drawn Sunday September 24, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. and winner must be present to win. Winner must pick up prize by Sunday September 24, 2006 by 11:00 a.m. or the prize will be forfeited and redrawn at 11:05 a.m.

If prize is forfeited and redrawn, only those present at the 11:05 a.m. redrawing may win and must claim prize by 11:10 a.m.

Grand Prize and Hourly Prizes

Each registration will receive one hourly/grand prize ticket at the door.
A valid hourly/grand prize ticket is filled out completely and must be legible.

All hourly/grand prize tickets must be placed in the appropriate bin no latter than 11:00 a.m. on Sunday September 24, 2006 to be valid for the Grand Prize. For the hourly prizes, the ticket must be placed in the appropriate bin upon entry of the convention to qualify you for hourly drawings and Grand Prize. Additional hourly/grand prize tickets may be obtained for $1.00 each at the prize booth.

Hourly prizes will be drawn from the hourly/grand prize bin. After each hourly drawing, the ticket will be returned to the hourly/grand prize bin. The winner must be present and must claim their prize by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday September 24, 2006 or the prize will be forfeited and redrawn at 11:05 a.m. If prize is forfeited and redrawn, only those present at the 11:05 a.m. redrawing may win and must claim prize by 11:10 a.m.

Grand Prize will be drawn from the hourly/grand prize bin on Sunday September 24, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. The winner need not be present to win.

Banquet, Lunch and DX Breakfast Drawings

With paid admission to the Lunch, Banquet & DX Breakfast, you are eligible for the door prize.

The drawing will be at the conclusion of the event and winners must attend and be present at the time of the drawing.

To claim your prize you must present the other half of the ticket that has a matching number.

Speaker Forum Appreciation Drawing

To be eligible for the Speaker Forum Appreciation Drawing, you must have been a pre-approved Forum Speaker and have spoken at your assigned forum time. The drawing will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday September 24, 2006 and winner need not be present to win. Please, only one entry per speaker.
